We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Expedited services are available with applicable fees.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation. For orders over 150 pounds, a freight carrier will call to arrange delivery. Freight shipments include curbside lift gate service only; entry into your home or garage and white glove delivery are not included.
All shipping carriers are selected at Pulsar’s discretion. Transit times may vary.
Return Policy
Pulsar Products is dedicated to providing reliable power equipment backed by dependable support. Warranty coverage includes access to service technicians and replacement parts. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days with the original receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Items must be returned in their original condition with all manuals and packaging. Incomplete returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are issued within approximately five business days after the item is received at our warehouse.
Please note that sales of spare replacement parts are final and cannot be returned.
